2019 Harvard Legal Technology Symposium in Boston

The Founder of ExtendLaw participated in the 2019 Harvard Legal Technology Symposium on 12–13 September 2019 in Boston, organised by the Harvard Law and Technology Society.

 

The Harvard Law and Technology Society is a student society of Harvard Law School, founded in 2018, integrating law and IT.

At the symposium, three broad and interrelated themes were discussed:

1. How will technology impact legal practice?

2. How should legal education react to the increasing importance of legal technology?

3. How will technology change the legal career trajectories of practicing attorneys and law school graduates?

Several panels were held at the symposium to discuss how technology could improve and shape legal work. Several well-known legal technology specialists made presentations.
